🥷 Strike Dodger

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Strike Dodger is a Telegram bot (@strikedodger_bot) operated by The Lucas Agency GmbH, Germany ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses it ("you"). Contact: lucas.agency@outlook.com.

2. What Strike Dodger does

Strike Dodger checks posts on the Instagram pages you ask it to watch, and clips you send it, against a library of footage published by video licensing agencies. When a post appears to use such footage, it sends you an alert with a proof picture and a link to the original.

3. Your account and fair use

4. What you may not do

Strike Dodger, its results and the library behind them are ours. You may use them to look after the pages in your plan. You may not:

If you do, we can end or pause your access at once, without refunding paid time, and claim damages.

5. Plans, payment and cancelling

6. Liability

We're liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law doesn't allow a limitation (e.g. product liability). For slight negligence we're only liable for breach of essential contractual duties, and only up to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract — at most the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. In particular, we're not liable for copyright strikes, claims, account restrictions or lost income resulting from footage Strike Dodger didn't flag, or from how you acted on an alert.

7. Ending the service

You can stop using Strike Dodger at any time. We can end or pause your access if you break these terms or don't pay, and we can discontinue the service with 30 days' notice; paid time you haven't used is then refunded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you in the bot about changes that matter to you at least 30 days before they apply; if you keep using Strike Dodger after that, the new terms apply.

9. Law and venue

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you're a merchant, the courts at our registered office are responsible. If you're a consumer, the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live remains.
